Today I made some real American hamburgers for my flatmates and a few other people. It was an interesting experience since I didn't have a grill, except for this toaster/grill that's a part of our oven. Amazingly they turned out really well, even though I was skeptical of the meat that I got from the butchers. I also got some spicy potato wedges, I didn't feel like making them from scratch so I just bought them frozen from the store. They were actually really good though.
Looks like a real American meal right? For desert my flatmate made rocky road, which was amazing. She just melted chocolate threw in some bits of shortbread and some marshmallows and put it in the refrigerator. So good.
Needless to say I'm stuffed...
